Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns
Process payments and operate the cash register
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and work stations
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is required
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
Attention to detail
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
